“Financial Peace” by Dave Ramsey

Excellent read. This was the book revised or revisited in 2003. It has some great examples and stories in it.

I know that it spoke to me because I am one of those who has struggled greatly with finances over the past 33 since graduating high school.

I love my parents but they weren’t the greatest of examples, because they struggled themselves(sorry mom and dad it’s true, if you happen to read this).

But I also owe a lack of knowledge during my education years to the school system of Kanawha Co. Yes I know that I am responsible for myself. And yes I have learned how to handle money through the school of hard knocks.

And I am still learning something new ever year that goes by.

Anyhow the book is a good read. Letting you know that you are not alone in your struggle with managing money. But in the end he gives you seven baby steps to follow.

I am going to try and follow Dave’s steps. I know it’s not going to be easy, but I am going to attempt at following his advice.

However, though when I went to his internet page to look for some resources and they are quiet pricey for me. So I will have to use some cheaper resources.

But there are some free resources there that he gives you. Like the forms that he shows you in the back of the book.

So if you are struggling with finances then I would suggest reading and going through “Financial Peace” by Dave Ramsey.

In the book he also suggest other authors that he has learned from, so check them out also, I am.

So that is my krazy life!

Sincerely

Mark
